High School - A Day
Digital Citizenship Tips: Don’t support your own objectification! You are not a piece of meat! You don’t want people to like you because of your body, but because of your mind and heart. Giving in and sending explicit images just feeds their appetite for more, and continues to devalue your worth and reduces you to an object for their satisfaction (and then, sadly, their disposal).
Congratulations to Konnor Kellogg and Luke Benjamin for being April Artists of the Month! Both will receive gift certificates to the Texas Roadhouse.
There will be a Baccalaureate Meeting during Advisory on Wednesday, May 22 in the CLC!
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys and Girls Track Panthers on their exceptional performances at the IAC Championship last Thursday and Friday. Luke Simonton took third overall in the discus, Levi Mickelson took third overall in the 800, Ryan Hodges placed 4th in the small school triple jump, Ryleigh Clark WON the triple jump, the girls 4x100 took third overall, Jenna Squier placed second in the high jump and many, many more! As a team the varsity boys placed second overall in the small school IAC, the girls took 5th! Your coaches could not be more proud of all of you!!
