Building Use Form MUST be approved before use.
Cancellations by the District
All evening activities will be cancelled if the facility is needed for a school-based event or if school is not in session. If school is cancelled on the day of the event due to weather conditions, all activities will be cancelled as well. The district will publicize this information on the main page of the district website and local TV and radio stations.
It is the responsibility of hte group to notify their participants of any cancellations.
