Our school district receives Title I federal funding to support our students. Per legislation of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), parents may request information regarding the professional qualifications of your child’s classroom teacher and paraprofessional staff.

You may request the following information:

• State qualification and licensing criteria for the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher provides instruction.

• The baccalaureate degree major and any other graduate certification or degree.

• Whether your child is provided services by paraprofessionals and their qualifications.
