S-VE Honors

Spencer-Van Etten High School recognized academic achievement during its annual Departmental Awards Ceremony held in the high school auditorium on June 2. Students in grades 9 through 12 were honored for earning an average of 90 or higher in specific courses throughout the school year.

The awards are presented annually to highlight student excellence across subject areas and to encourage continued academic growth. Each department selects recipients based on grade performance and course-specific criteria, with the goal of recognizing those who have demonstrated a strong commitment to their studies.

“Celebrating student achievement is an important part of what we do,” said Principal Kari Struble. “These awards reflect not only the effort of our students, but also the support they receive from their teachers, families and the larger S-VE community.”

Events like the Departmental Awards Ceremony help reinforce the district’s ongoing commitment to academic rigor and student success. They also serve as a way to connect families, staff and community members in a shared celebration of student accomplishments.

The district congratulates all award recipients and thanks the S-VE community for supporting a learning environment where students are encouraged to excel.
