strength training schedule

Summer is here and we’re offering an opportunity for our students to work with a strength trainer. Jessy Williams, Candor's Strength and Conditioning Coach, has created a schedule for our student athletes to lift in Candor. Merged sports teams may sign up for team lifts through their coaches. Individuals wishing to work out can also contact Jessy at jwilliams@candorcs.org to arrange times. S-VE coaches will be contacting their teams directly to arrange lifts at S-VE throughout the summer.   

The schedule is a live document and will change as needs arise and time slots are filled. Please check the schedule and contact Jessy directly if you are interested in attending. S-VE Athletic Trainer Prestin Sample will attend the sessions at Candor a couple times a week to assist and offer support.
