Dear Spencer-Van Etten Community,
On behalf of the Spencer-Van Etten Central School District, thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026-27 school budget vote. We appreciate all members of our community who took the time to cast their vote and engage in the process.
The district’s proposed budget was approved by voters on May 19. As we reflect on the results, we recognize that the vote was closely decided. Because of this, district leadership would like to gather additional feedback from our community to better understand perspectives surrounding the budget development process, district communication efforts and overall community priorities moving forward.
