This event raises funds to support the Spencer Food Pantry, helping those in need within our community. Dear S-VE Community, Spencer-Van Etten is excited to host a Youth Volleyball Camp for students in 1st–6th grade. This two-day camp is designed to introduce young athletes to the game of volleyball, teach basic skills, and provide a fun experience. Dates: March 29 & 30 Time: 2 - 4 p.m. each day (Doors open at 1 p.m. on Saturday for registration) Location: Spencer-Van Etten High School – 16 Dartts Cross Rd, Spencer, NY Cost: $35 (includes $5 processing fee) Who’s Coaching? Instruction will be led by high school coaches, collegiate athletes, and local high school volleyball players. Dear SVE Community, We are thrilled to invite you to an exciting Drone Soccer Exhibition on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the High School Gym. This event will showcase the remarkable talents and teamwork of our nationally ranked drone soccer teams as they demonstrate their skills in this innovative and fast-paced sport. What is Drone Soccer? Drone soccer is an emerging sport that combines the thrill of aerial maneuvers with strategic gameplay. Teams of students pilot drones inside a netted arena, aiming to score points by navigating their drones through the opponent’s goal while defending their own. This engaging activity not only provides entertainment but also fosters interest in STEM fields, including aviation, engineering, and robotics. We are collecting essential items for our local animal shelters, and your support is greatly appreciated!
