We are thrilled to invite you to an exciting Drone Soccer Exhibition on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the High School Gym. This event will showcase the remarkable talents and teamwork of our nationally ranked drone soccer teams as they demonstrate their skills in this innovative and fast-paced sport.
What is Drone Soccer?
Drone soccer is an emerging sport that combines the thrill of aerial maneuvers with strategic gameplay. Teams of students pilot drones inside a netted arena, aiming to score points by navigating their drones through the opponent’s goal while defending their own. This engaging activity not only provides entertainment but also fosters interest in STEM fields, including aviation, engineering, and robotics.

In celebration of National FFA Week (Feb. 10–14), the SVE FFA is dedicating the week to community service by hosting an Animal Shelter Drive. We are collecting essential items for our local animal shelters, and your support is greatly appreciated!

Science in Action! Miss Ramos’ fifth graders got hands-on with their Mixtures and Solutions Investigation, designing an experiment to separate mixtures using screens, filters, and even evaporation. They put their problem-solving skills to the test and learned how to break things down—literally! 🔬🧪
